Sweet mango and earthy pumpkin complement each other beautifully in this Mango Pumpkin Smoothie bowl, topped with autumnal garnishes like cinnamon, pepitas and pecans.
Add pumpkin, mango, cashew milk, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg to a blender and pulse until smooth (if smoothie is too thick, add a splash or two more of cashew milk). Transfer to a bowl and add toppings.
