Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons agave or maple syrup
  • 1-2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger depending on the intensity of ginger flavor you prefer
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • Whipped cream or whipped coconut cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except whipped cream to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, if using.
