Minty Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1-1/2 cups packed loose kale leaves stems removed
  • 1 small handful fresh mint leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Soak chia seeds in 1/4 cup coconut water for about 5 minutes. Add chia seed mixture, remaining 3/4 cup coconut water and all other remaining ingredients into a high-speed blender and pulse until a smooth consistency is reached. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
