1scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4cupfrozen banana slices
1/4cupfrozen pineapple
1/2cupvanilla coconut yogurt
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
1-2ice cubes
1cupcoconut milk or unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2cupfreshly squeezed orange juice
Juice strained from 1 passion fruit
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
Don’t skip the passion fruit, if you can find it. These babies were three bucks a pop at my grocery store, but well worth it. The flavor is subtle but unmistakably tropical and really puts this shake on another level. Also, make sure to add in an ice cube or two for that perfect, piña colada-esque frothy texture.
