1cupcashew milkor any other dairy/non-dairy milk of choice- almond milk would be great also!
1/4cupoats
1-2tablespoonscollagen peptides
1/2cupfresh or frozen blueberries
1cupfrozen banana slices
1/4teaspooncinnamon
1tablespoonhoneyoptional
Pinchof sea salt
1-2tablespoonsgranolafor topping
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, top with granola and enjoy!

Creamy cashew milk is low in calories but for an extra rich smoothie, you can also use coconut milk.
Blueberries can be replaced with any other frozen berry.
The frozen banana adds body to this smoothie and gives it the perfect mouthfeel and thickness, so if you replace it, the texture will change. You could swap it for avocado - it won't add any sweetness, but will definitely add the thick and creamy texture. Just remember to add more honey.
