These Fall Protein Shakes have all your favorite Autumn flavors- they’re cozy, irresistible and a nutritious way to start the day!

Fall Protein Shakes

The first day of fall is next week! I’m in shock. But also super looking forward to knit sweaters and boots and making/eating ALL of the comfort foods. For some reason the arrival of fall seems to trigger my sweet tooth in a big way. Like it makes me want to live on the couch in stretch pants and binge on Netflix and baked goods. Not a good look.

Luckily there are tons of healthy, fall protein shakes on Pinterest keep me from going overboard on the treats, and I’ve rounded up my five favorites to share with you!

Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

I hate to break it to you, but there is just no way to do fall without pumpkin. So why not get your pumpkin fix with my Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake- it’s a way healthier splurge than a slice of pie, and it’s packed with all natural ingredients like pumpkin puree, fall spices galore and even ground flax for a nice dose of Omega 3’s. Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake (Le Petit Eats)

Apples and cinnamon are another fall flavor staple, plus the oatmeal and Greek yogurt in this smoothie make it sound super satisfying. Apple Cinnamon Fall Harvest Smoothie (Frugal Coupon Living)

Caramel

Although the whipped cream and caramel topping don’t exactly make this healthiest protein shake in the bunch, it still beats a sugary/calorie laden coffee drink by a long shot, and who isn’t craving coffee, chocolate and caramel this time of year?  Salted Caramel Mocha Protein Shake (The Seasoned Mom)
