Guysssss!! Thanksgiving is sooooooo close!! And I’m super excited, can you tell? It’s probably my favorite holiday. Christmas is pretty cool too, but Thanksgiving is DA BOMB, mostly because STUFFING.

If you know me at all, you know that carbs are my life, forever and ever, the end. Especially pasta and EXTRA ESPECIALLY bread. Hence the stuffing obsession; I would hog the entire batch every year and wouldn’t share one bite if only it wouldn’t make me look like some sort of stuffing hoarding freak of nature. So instead I’m doing the more “socially acceptable” thing and rounding up my favorite stuffing recipes from around the web for us all to drool over until Thursday arrives and we can stuff our faces with stuffing (and all the lesser Thanksgiving dishes) to our happy hearts’ content.

Wild Mushroom Bread Pudding

Stuffing is always better with mushrooms in it. Sorry if that’s controversial to some people. It’s just how I was raised. This version has fancy wild mushrooms, sausage and irresistible gruyere. Fennel Leek Charred Lemon Stuffing

I’m a bit partial to this stuffing because it’s my recipe! I use this amazing locally made cracked pepper loaf, but any good quality loaf will do. The charred lemon adds an unexpected flavor profile and incredible brightness, which helps to cut through the rich flavors on the rest of the plate. Sausage Herb Stuffing

Chorizo Cornbread Stuffing

I gotta be honest, I’m not much of a cornbread stuffing girl. I mean it’s fine, I just didn’t grown up on it is all…but toss some cheese and chorizo in there and I’m totally sold. Chorizo Cornbread Stuffing (Damn Delicious)
