GUESS WHAT?!! Sorry if I seem overly excited, but this is kind of a big deal for me.
Because these amazing homemade gummy candies have made it possible for me to enjoy my all-time favorite candy, which is gummy anything: bears, worms, peach rings, Gushers (back in the day), you name it- while also feeling healthy AF about it.
And not getting a weird stomach ache from eating too many of them which always happens because I have zero self-control around gummy candy.
This is why I’m not really allowed to bring bags of gummy candy home.
Even the all-natural ones made from beeswax or fruit pectin still make my tummy sad because I will 100% eat 100 of them in one sitting. I can’t help it.
Sometimes I buy the gummy vitamins just so I that I’m allowed to eat a couple of them a day in order to keep my gummy cravings at bay.
But now I have something even better: these homemade Mixed Berry Kombucha Gummies!

I recommend you keep your homemade healthy gummies in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator. That way they will last for about 2 weeks. If you leave them at room temperature they will last a few days as well but I’d strongly recommend storing them in the refrigerator. Do you have a kombucha brand you recommend in terms of being healthiest?
I’m not sure which is best in terms of healthiest, but some of my favorite brands are GT’s, Kevita, The Bu and Healthade…honestly I tend to get whatever is on sale haha! But I always look at the sugar content in the flavors and try to go for the ones with a lower sugar content (under 5 grams per serving). Hope that helps!
