Chocolate Orange Overnight Oats
These Chocolate Orange Overnight Oats are packed with protein from a secret ingredient- they’re perfect when you want to start the day with something sweet, but not too sweet!
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Orange segments for garnish
- Cacao nibs for garnish
Instructions
Pour oats, cocoa powder, collagen, orange zest, cinnamon, and sea salt into a medium sized bowl or container. Stir until combined.
Add almond milk and maple syrup and stir well to incorporate all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Top with cacao nibs and orange segments before serving.
